Always been happy with Scotts before but lots of problems with my December order. Short delivered, subsequent delivery was of defect product, only automated responses to contact made in past two months. Now seeking refund via my credit card company.

Still waiting on an order that was promised by the 27th March 21 this order was placed before Xmas. Was happy to wait due to the delay but absolutely ridiculous now, and it’s paid for. Not at all happy with your service.

I like it as it has things that you sometimes don’t see in shops good selection the only thing I have to say about most of the Catalog ue the postage is to expensive

A difficult time for everyone - be nice to get back to normal. Apart from longer delivery times and delays when ringing you are doing ok.

The table was as expected very good.The tracking and delivery was first class.So all in all a very satisfied customer.

I am at a loss to understand why I have not received my parcel sent last week.

I was very satisfied with delivery and packaging. The goods were in perfect condition and matched the description. The suede valance is a bit too long and therefore is not snug but I can get around that. The mattress protector described as "deep filled" is not deep but adequate. It is nowhere as cushy as a mattress topper but it didn't claim to be. I own one that is much deeper and it's NOT a topper. The sheets are great. Lovely colour. Mine was lilac.

I placed an order by phone on Sunday the 21 /3/21 on Tuesday the 23/3/21 recieved an E . Mail saying my parcel had been picked up by there delivery agent Royal Mail money also took out of my account. Had one part of my order delivered on Monday 29/3/21 still no sign of the other part of order I accept that things are a bit slower as of The COVID problem but 9 days for part order and 11days as counting still no show I shall think twice about ordering anything else.

Ordered a fire pit cover in October 2020 but it wasn’t supplied until mid February 2021 Then Hermes lost the parcel and it has taken until the third week in March for the replacement to finally arrive . Communication between Hermes , us and Scotts has been poor

Good delivery. Unfortunately, item had to be returned as not fit for purpose. It cost nearly twice as much to return the item as the original postage charge that was not refunded,
